1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using the Retail POS software, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your business to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Retail POS system solely for its intended purpose of managing your retail operations, sales, and inventory. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the software.
• Use the platform to process illegal transactions.
• Share your administrator login credentials with unauthorized personnel.

3. Data Ownership and Compliance

You retain full ownership of the product and sales data you input into the system. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your business complies with all local tax regulations (e.g., KRA eTIMS requirements in Kenya). Our software provides tax estimation tools, but it does not act as a registered tax submission gateway.

4. Limitation of Liability

SamTech Elite Solutions provides the Retail POS software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of (or inability to use) our services, including during internet outages, hardware failures, or payment gateway downtime.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay applicable subscription fees. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by contacting our support team.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect software updates or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after changes have been communicated constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
